My art reclaims the iconic mannequin. Rescued from rubbish. Carefully I restore, giving each individual, new life. I wash them down, refill and sand major imperfections, however the minor ones I leave, simply as they add character and we are not flawless. They are reinvented into new life with purpose.

Anything goes. Given new life with the creative freedom of colour, texture, painted, sprayed, gilded, layered with sand, seashells, jewels, structure, cement, feathers, stiffened material...

Poised in time and presence, my art sparks imagination and emotion. Versatile enough to move and change up your space and light up a room. Each carries a past, and its own unique charm. By repurposing and reinventing them, I transform these timeless figures into striking design statements, functional art alive with reinvention and in a new world of digital models and virtual forms, their tactile, three-dimensional presence remains. Inside only, minimal sunlight, all mannequins are heavily lacquered, protected.

A good old fashioned duster is a lovely way to up-keep and or a damp cloth.

Gummy stoppers protect bases and feet etc.

Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a story.

Mannequins lighting cords come in black or white, are 6 meters in length, are a lush cotton rope lead, with an on/off switch on the cord length. Light globes (voltage) are specifically chosen to suit and match and details of a replacement globe/s can be found in your certificate of authenticity upon purchase.
